Road Safety World Series 2023

Road Safety World Series is a play between retired cricket legends. 9 teams participating in T20 format. In collaboration with the BCCI, cricket legends you admired growing up, are back in the ground, ready to hit boundaries for a noble cause like road safety.

The Road Safety World Season 3

This is the Road Safety World Series (RSWS), an annual cricket league organized by RSWS. Retired players from India, England, Sri Lanka, the West Indies, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and Bangladesh come together. Sunil Gavaskar is the series’ commissioner, and Sachin Tendulkar is the brand ambassador.

The first season took place from March 7th to 21st, 2021, followed by the second season from September 10th to October 1st, 2022. India Legends emerged as champions in both seasons.

RSWS Format

The Road Safety World Series follows the Round Robin format, just as the Indian Premier League. All teams will play against each other. The exciting thing is that in the third season of RSWS, Pakistan Legneds will join for the first time. 

The top four teams will compete in the semi-finals, and the top two semi-finalists will qualify for the RSWS Final Match.

Venues

The previous two seasons of RSWS took place in India, but the third one will happen in England across four venues. There are four venues for RSWS season three.

Schedule

The third season will happen in four English cities: Derby, Bristol, Leicester, and Southampton. Tickets for matches will be available before games or can be bought online on BookMyShow. You can also watch the Live RSWS 2023 matches on TV in India on Sports 18 and Colour Cineplex. The Live Streaming will be available on Jio Cinema and Voot Select.
